What exactly does the annual AMC cover?
Product updates and support for the year — including GST rule changes, new report formats and version upgrades. Your licence itself is one-time and does not expire if you skip an AMC year; you simply stop receiving updates and priority support until you renew.
Do I lose my data if I stop paying the AMC?
No. The desktop app keeps its own local database on your machine and keeps working. AMC affects updates and support, not access to your books.
Can I start on Desktop and move to Complete later?
Yes — you pay just the difference in licence cost (₹3,000), and your existing data carries over. Complete is the plan that adds the web and mobile apps plus two-way Local ⇄ Cloud sync.
Is migration from Tally or Excel really free?
Yes, on every plan. Our team imports your parties, items, opening balances and pending bills — usually within a day.
Does the free trial need a credit card?
No. The 30-day trial is the full product with no card and no commitment.
What does a "user" and a "company" mean for licensing?
A user is one person logged in at a time; a company is one set of books with its own GSTIN. Both Desktop and Complete cover 5 users and 5 companies — extra slots can be added for ₹1,000/yr each on either plan.
How does e-way bill and e-invoice pricing work?
These are billed per document at our pass-through cost against the GST network, ₹1/document from document 1, on both Desktop and Complete. GST verification is different: it's always free on every plan, and results are cached so you're never charged twice for the same GSTIN.
What is scan-to-upload, and why is it Complete-only?
On Complete, you can photograph or scan a Purchase Bill, Purchase Challan or Embroidery Inward Challan and have its details extracted and filled in automatically — ₹0.25/scan from the first scan, no free quota. It relies on the web and mobile apps, so it isn't available on the Desktop plan.
Are the prices inclusive of GST?
All prices shown are exclusive of GST, which is added on your invoice at the applicable rate.
